Instead of ranting about the news (you all know wtf is going on) I’m going to talk about what I do to keep calm when everything seems irrational. For one, I listen to classical radio as I ride the train. It’s a good brain reset. What do you do?

Advice for the best way to ditch Meta products without losing too many of the contacts that have been so helpful over the past few years? Are people going through their friend list and reaching out individually? Doing a blast about the move and letting folks reach out to them?
