I see this dynamic a lot. LLMs tend to speed up chore work in things where I’m bringing decades of expertise to the table. Outside of that…nope.

I do not believe meritocracy is real. But there are myriad reasons why organizations fail that genuine excellence can not solve for.

Yep. Whatever generative LLMs touch and make both widely possible and of general interest becomes a flood. This is as much a universal dynamic of the tech as anything else.
