It turns out my writing process is very much tied into typing; literally my brain has over the years tuned itself to compose at about the same speed as I can type. If I try to dictate a story it fucks up my process and I get frustrated. If one day I can't type, I may switch, but for now, no.
Ever use voice recognition software instead of typing? Over the years, I've tried all of them and currently use MS Word with that functionality. Especially useful in my early stream of consciousness phase of beginning a story and laying out the worldscape.

Obama and Biden may think they are honoring the office of the presidency by keeping quiet at a moment like this — if so that’s just preening vanity — they owe it to the office and to the Republic that until last month it served to speak up loudly and clearly and without relent.

There’s infrastructure, and then there’s Dutch infrastructure.

And cycling on this infrastructural masterpiece, on top of a primary school, never bores!

U.S. Attorneys are not the President’s lawyers. They are the United States’ lawyers. You didn’t pledge an oath to a President, you pledged it to the constitution. This statement alone is reason enough to resign.

This is interesting because the question is less what they will do as *legislators* and more what they will do as *politicians*. AOC is a member of the House minority, but she’s doing a lot of politics about all of this anyway.
CNN: Is democratic leadership is doing enough?

SENATOR JACKY ROSEN: I think that we have to realize that we're in the minority. They have the White House, they have the House, and they have the Senate. So the tools that are available to us here as legislators...they are limited.
