I quickly went across to parliament house, a short bicycle ride away, and got caught up in this crowd 1/2

Just drove from Sydney to Melbourne and as usual obsessed with the odometer (an integral calculus machine!), excited that it was about to show 123456, but got distracted in thoughts and went well past that special number before I checked again! Blinked and missed an important life event!

Must read from Amy Remeikis: "It’s headlines without substance, chimeras and half-truths that never stand up to scrutiny, but comprehensively misdirects the media’s gaze." Donald-Trump-lite, must nip it in the bud in the coming election. Article also articulates fundamental flaws in the ALP.
Peter Dutton and the Coalition offer Australian voters a fiction
If there is a way to divide, Peter Dutton will find it and he’ll lead the Coalition into the chasm with him.
