Once, at our local used book store they had a cat that would stalk the stacks, I was in the middle grade section when I felt something hit my back, it was the cat who climbed up onto my shoulder and sat there. I walked around the store with the cat perched on my shoulder. It was awesome!

I hadn't heard from an agent I'd submitted to in weeks, then today got two rejections and a request for the full manuscript! So excited to send it off!

AITA: I was trapped in a pond for decades until some stupid kid accidently frees me. So I offer to take his annoying cousin and leave him alone and he refuses! Now I'm going to replace both of them and trap them in my pond, it's only fair right?
