Anarchism and syndicalism are both illegal in Nevada (NRS 203.115-117).

Not that those statutes are even slightly enforceable after Gitlow and Brandenburg, but it would be amusing if his sudden "embrace" of anarcho-syndicalism somehow threatened Tesla's tax incentives in the state.

The winning move would have been to announce that Senate Dems will categorically oppose cloture on all motions until after the midterms and dare Republicans to abolish the filibuster in response.

Schumer, unfortunately, has some Dems (including NV's CCM) who want to appear "moderate" in his caucus.

The Straussian answer would be to cap public sector employee pay, including overtime, at 95% of the chief executive's pay.

Public sector unions would understandably fight that every step of the way, though. It would also be disastrous for the quality of public sector management.

I plan on being a single-issue voter in '26 and a federal candidate's willingness to openly support impeachment and removal is that issue.
