Maybe not physically, but I'm sure I got a reminder from the future that it's time to bottle the brew today.

Future 1-year-from-now me just time traveled to 2025 to make mead for himself.

It sounds good, as long as we do get the ACA vote. For some reason, I'm finding I don't have a lot of trust there.

We asked them but they’re keeping it a secret. Bees can harvest pollen from up to 3 miles away. And of course it changes throughout the year. In our garden we have lots of rosemary and lavender. But also fruit trees.

Nice. Ok, cinnamon added to 3 of the bottles.

Should be interesting for us, considering we’re not mead drinkers (so far). But we have lots of honey from our hives so this could be awesome.

Is that a good fireball or a bad fireball?? Cinnamon sounds like a great addition. Maybe I'll do that on some of the bottles?
