Taking my older boys to Predator: Badlands tonight. Almost never go to a film opening weekend any more so pray to some form of deity for me, my tolerance for poor cinema etiquette is close to zero!

Been thinking about how incredible Alien still looks for the past couple of days. Why can’t we go back to building sets and props instead of CGI goop? That movie is nearly 50 years old and looks better than most anything this year.
Myself and the eldest are watching Alien. I’ve the house in complete darkness and he hasn’t a clue what he’s in for. 👍🏼👍🏼

This is a ton of fun so far. Keith David hamming it up as a mob boss and clearly enjoying himself, Josh Holloway perfectly cast as a charming getaway driver and Rachel Hinson stealing the show as a rookie FBI agent. Such a shame we’re not getting another season.

Looks to be a bit of a buzz around Dublin all this week with the NFL game looming. I’m enjoying all the little extras that appear to be running to build excitement for the game.

I would 100% pay a membership fee for place like this in Ireland. A gym inside an old cinema is a great idea, even better that they show movies on the big screen!
