This project addresses the growing need for affordable housing in Ohio City and aligns with the Cleveland 2030 Housing Equity Plan.

Move-in days are the best days, and H4EN has had over 100 people who have walked through that door now. This is the Cleveland way to resolve unsheltered homelessness.

Each person is housed and assigned a caseworker who connects them with job training, addiction recovery and other services to help keep them off the streets.
