100% this. You’d think that a newspaper would actually think that *writers* deserve at least a little bit of the credit here…
"TV isn’t that hard, is it? You just need to take an old genre and breathe some life into it by casting acting royalty..." Yeah, yeah. The fucking WRITING is credited nowhere in this piece: Will Smith's adaptation of Mick Herron's books. Vexing.
