A trademark of Alfred Hitchcock’s films were the legendary director’s cameos. Hitch appeared in almost all his films. He called it a “superstition” and a “gag.” It grew so well-known, in his later films, he’d appear in the first 5mins so viewers weren’t distracted trying to spot him the whole time.

I’ve posted about it already, and I’ll probably post about it constantly. ‘The Wizard of Oz’ (1939) — it taught me the power of cinema at the tender age of 4! No other movie is anywhere near as timeless.
