This sounds flippant but it’s sincere — I rather love the *crunchy* haptics when you pull down to refresh. They’ve clearly had a bit more fun with it than on other meta apps

One important thing those in and around the BBC *must* remember as they shape reforms is that many (not all) of its detractors will say they want "unbiased" news, just as Trump/Republicans claimed, but what they really want is control.
