Yeah, it’s always a worry that my dog might get out somehow when I have Havelina in the backyard. Havelina’s can really tear up a dog with those teeth they have.

Usually rent caps apply to places that are already occupied. If you own a place that’s not yet occupied/no papers have been signed I imagine you can rent it for whatever you want, although not very cool to jack up the prices so high in circumstances like we have now.
