Oh btw you guys need to read Dead Weight by Emmeline Cline it's a series of essays about eating disorders by a girl who grew up in the peak tumblr/myproana era with legit research and stuff. It helped me learn a lot.

I actually never weigh myself because i have a rule where i can only weigh in if i FEEL empty, no food in stomach, no period bloating or regular bloating which lately is such a rare feeling for me because i always feel bloated no matter what for some reason. it kills me but the numbers fluctuate bad
