Cosdon Stone row on Dartmoor!
At first glance the position seems strange, yet despite being in the shadow of Cosdon beacon,it crosses the spot height of another hill..Then the orientation seems off, but suncalc shows whilst it doesn't align now, in 1AD it lined up nicely with the midwinter sunrise!

Eschscholzia Californica/California poppy. A beautiful, delicate orange flower, which is popular with pollinators and also my favourite sleep herb 💤😌

The kitten jumped down into a reasonably busy road and so, worried it would be run over, Pat picked her up and deposited her back on the wall. As he placed her down.. another kitten appeared 🤣 They then both tried to jump down..

Today we were walking to a 🏞️ v, already late, but I saw a cat with a little bow tie collar. Of course we stopped. As I began to pet him, a kitten appeared!
