Teachers would call this "wasted snow" - falling on a weekend - but we do need the snow to help the deficit.

A winter storm watch issued by the NWS for Saturday night. After 8 pm snow develops. A 4-8" snowfall looks likely by Sunday am before a mix of ice/snow before ending Sunday AM.
