The attacks on free speech by the right continue. If the facts are being accurately reported, there is no universe where this was not quintessential protected speech under the First Amendment.

Trump has the attention of the entire world.
He could hold a news conference tomorrow laying out all his evidence of "fraud" in the 2020 election and millions of people would watch it. Every news outlet would have to cover it.

Reminder--Jimmy Carter managed to get Egypt and Israel to sign a peace treaty in March 1979, the greatest diplomatic feat in the modern history of the Middle East. He was voted out of office in a landslide the following year.
