Where is all this marijuana tax money going? Our public school funding is decreasing, our free public transit is disappearing, our utilities are increasing, our property taxes are increasing, our roads aren't improved...need I continue?

I call an insurance company to send me a card to put in my wallet (because it's easier than my phone), they said the Company I work for didn't pay for that "requirement" so they can't send me any physical docs. I just need to look it up online. I don't know why that infuriates me, but it does.
