Guys will see this and be like “hell yeah”

If you are a climate alarmist then I guess you would see it that way. I don't. But the thing is: absolutely nothing you, the US or anyone else can do about it - the only mitigant is technological progress. Because even if the US cut emissions to 0, China/Asia will grow into it in a weekend

The funny thing about that is you don't even understand how inflation works

TRUMP printed 45% new Dollars during Covid. He fell for everything... PPP loans, lockdowns, stim checks, you name it

It takes 2-3 years for new M2 to cycle in and cause inflation.

And you just voted for more of the same

Depends which regulations. Those around technology lead to economic stagnation. I lead the GDPR compliance program at my last business a decade ago. Absolutely insane. Helps no one. Wastes so many resources. The DSA too. Last thing we need is EU style tech regs. They’re brutal and pointless.

I’m a tech Entrepeneur. And can tell you first hand: Overregulation is economically and technologically stifling. And bad for human development. EU is a good example of this, and we are absolutely on the EU path. I’ve experienced regulatory weight. It sucks and slows you down a lot for no reason

Learning about the internet. Have you heard of it?

It’s both really. They need to align with the public on social issues to avoid the public recoiling away from them before they can even hear their economic populist message.
