I just had a brainstorm, and it will actually give WotC some rare credit:
I think the OneDnD playtest was onto something by making combat maneuvers tied to unarmed attack.
Athletics is such a loaded skill in PF2e to the point it's basically mandatory for any martial wanting to trip or shove.

There's a twisted logic that makes sense from a purely pragmatic perspective. Allowing healthcare to be an even bigger issue let's Dems use it as a bludgeon.

The sub is talking poisons, and I've revisited some house rule ideas to make them more viable.
My perceived issue is too many points of removal with saves, so my current quick fix without huge revamps is poisons apply even on a success, they just don't do anything immediately.
