My family decided they wanted to try their hand at #DnD so they are doing their first campaign! Two sessions in and they’re loving it. (They’re doing a great job too!) Last sesh I unveiled their world map, I made a giant 36x48 dry erase map of the city this will primarily partake in… meet Ragella!

So many mixed emotions towards past Daniel.
On one hand, he acquired 3rd row seats to Jeff Arcuri tonight. Hell yea.
On the other, I have to schlepp myself into the city at 9:30 at night instead of just melting into a puddle as I do every night.
Going to be a blast I’m sure, but at what cost

When attacking & roll a Nat 1 the target may choose to use their reaction to attempt a retaliatory strike/grapple due to critical failure.
Has led to so many amazing moments, the party has a blast with it.

@heroforgeminis.bsky.social why did you have to go and do a 50% digital sale this month? Can’t not keep coming back for more… moorrreee. My “preparing for the upcoming sessions” lately has simply turned into me just making 200 minis. I can’t stop and I am now woefully underprepared for this weekend.

My “preparing for the upcoming sessions” lately has simply turned into me just making 200 minis. I can’t stop and I am now woefully underprepared for this weekend.
My Friday and Saturday has been 14 hours of DnD … do I have a problem? DMing that much is totally exhausting but is still so much fun, and the party is having a blast. Love it.
