Some of the older versions can be a pain to setup when using ornithemc.net, so I do want to try and make some helpful guides at some point.

I'm still in the process of setting everything up, but the intention is to have a ModFest-like event but for older versions.

the site is highly in inspired by the modfest site, with use of minecraft textures instead of colours - somewhat inspired by the old minecraft dirt title screen.

That's a good choice! (You're very right on the performance lol)

The end dimension's sky isn't for me, but *kinda* fits with the 1.21.8 (and vibrant visual) changes.

No z-fighting too, we love to see it! :D

I like the style of this one!

The vertex snapping does make the eyes go funky though, which could be problematic for photosensitivity - though both the eye overlay and this shaders vertex snapping can be toggled.

Interestingly you can see the eyes through your hand with this shader pack.

I'm mainly looking for z-fighting issues, so a variety of different shaders is actually quite useful! :D

In this case, you can't see the textures, so there's no issue. :D

Added custom core shaders for the eyes. When powered, the brightness of the eyes depend on the input power.

Iris won't use this functionality, as we use entity_eyes when rendering with Iris.

13 more poses to go, and I might add either a config option or a resource pack that makes the eyes rainbow.
