A friend of a friend is from Saudi Arabia. I only met her once, but she was super nice! My wife hung out with her a few times before too. The Saudi government arrested her for the crime of being a woman driving herself.

When the court comes against the constitution, it is the constitution that must stand and the court that must fall. This is an argument Dems can and must win, and must pack the court.
i also think that it is only a matter of time before this court rewrites section 1 of the 14th to effectively end birthright citizenship. the 14th amendment is the chief obstacle to a legal regime of tiered citizenship and subordinate castes, and they will not let it stand.

There was an old tweet that stuck with me: "If you can easily walk to the coffee shop but your barista has a one hour commute, you don't live in a walkable 15 minute city; you live in a theme park"
as someone who lives nextdoor to both supportive housing and public housing, i need people to understand that the best locations for both are going to be the central neighborhoods in a metropolitan area, where there is easy and reliable access to services and jobs.
