Today was a great day. After working on sitting up and sensory tolerance for the last few months, I finally felt well enough to go out in my wheelchair!

The difference I feel between when I don't get enough sleep and when I do is obvious to my heart rate tracker (Visible app) apparently (first image taken on Thursday, the second Friday).
The sleep quality was not the worst on Thursday, it just wasn't long enough. I felt better after a nap.

Apparently the place I buy books has the same concept of time I do. This isn't due out until Thursday 20th March in the UK (Tuesday 18th March in the US). Izzy has now removed it from my presence to stop me reading it and destroying my hands (I'll be getting the ebook). #EverythingIsTuberculosis

I'm hoping I manage a bit more this year 😛 Izzy pushed me to and from the care home I stayed in for respite. Getting there wasn't too bad for her as it was downhill, but I'm still not sure how she got me back 😛
