Indistinguishable from what a person you've heard of would be posting, I promise.

That's kinda what swimming is like when you're fat.

There are, surprisingly enough, zero Catholics in the bible.

Is he sponsored by TeePublic?

It's really giving "horse camp".

Also, super weird to use a stock photo of what is very clearly not McDonald's food.

I would assume this is the result of delivery apps. If a large portion of both fast food and sit-down meals are both being picked up ans delivered to customers' homes, it means that the median price of McDonald's direct competitors has gone way up.

All this language advice/legislating seems to boil down to "Don't roll people's identity into your criticisms of them," which is itself an equation that can be simplified to, "Speak ill of the actions, not the people."

I guess now it comes down to messaging.

Unfortunately, that's also an area where the party struggles.

Most issues of governance are too complicated for most voters to fully grasp, so if you're not willing to straight-up lie to constituents, you're at a distinct disadvantage.

Not good enough to win clean, not bad enough to win dirty.

That's the Democratic Party in a nutshell.

It really feels like it was just about midterms.

Dems gave up on the ACA in exchange for making Republican senators vote against the subsidies ahead of re-election.

Now we just have to hope they can resist the urge to attach anything to the bill that would provide cover for those No votes.

I don't mind an early snow as much as a persistently drizzly fall. The fallen leaves are only pleasant if they're dry.

I was surprised to genuinely like two MCU movies in a row (with Thunderbolts) for the first time in a while.

It *is* a dumb joke, but the number of people willfully refusing to read it as a joke is perplexing.
