Our event started at 6pm. When I arrived at 6pm on the dot, they had the surgical mask on. But yes, a surgical still poses risks and I will mention that next time.

Yes, for attendees and it’s enforced with free respirators available. This was a venue employee. Next time I will be more clear that folks may encounter surgicals on employees so they can make a more informed decision about attending or not.

It is respirator-required and enforced for attendees, with free masks available. The person in a surgical was an employee of the venue. Doing my best here! Next time I will inform folks they might encounter surgicals on venue employees so they can make a more informed decision about attending or not
