Of course you would need specific evidence against each individual that they had committed an atrocity. You can’t just arrest people for being part of an allied army.
But I’m guessing you don’t care about the legality of the thing as long as you get to jail Jews, right?

To date, no evidence has been presented and examined in any court on the planet proving that Israel has perpetrated a genocide in Gaza. All we have so far is speculation and a wealth of counter claims.
