I’m in the EU, final yes/no decisions can’t be made by AI which is kinda fair. But you can find and rank applicants. Seems clear most of their job will be automated and they’ll just pick off the top of the pile to decide who to forward for an interview. Probably works better for everyone.

I tried putting something on my LinkedIn like “won’t work with Java” but then you just get a ton of messages from recruiters who searched all profiles with “Java”.

I thought I didn’t have this but turns out I just have my lists set up so I rarely see anything except a tightly curated group of posters I follow.

Rare to be upload limited. Amsterdam is an old city but they’re slowly laying fiber now. Hopefully that’ll be an option soon.

This is on Amazon for <$100. You can press it to trigger Siri or open a voice chat w/ OpenAI. Speaker, microphone,and an LED in it. No recurring costs, works with any phone or even just Apple Watch. Obviously you’ll look like a nerd but w/ a diff form factor it would be ready for broad adoption.
