We grounded our framework in transformative learning theory, and conducted a comprehensive literature review and quality improvement interviews with content experts in bioethics, health professions education, and stigma studies. We also interviewed a Fellow in healthcare ethics. 3/6

Sort of a strange thing to reflect about on a business networking platform, but he was an influencer in the truest sense. Lawyers and other professionals don't usually have the freedom to improvise, but we all have the space in our professional lives to find passion in our connections with each other, and to find success and fulfillment in willingness to remain open to new possibilities. Phil Lesh was one of the great and most unusual practitioners in his chosen field. He eschewed orthodoxy in his approach to his craft: constantly searching, always listening, innovating new technologies, seeking surprising connections, staying radically open to new possibilities. At times, reputed to be uncompromising and cantankerous, but without a doubt, a passionate collaborator. There are few musicians who have played live in front of as many people as he did -- from a local pizza shop, to the pyramids in Egypt over six decades. The Phil Zone was a moveable musical feast.
