That sinking feeling after trying to close the lid when you realize something hard and pointy was lodged between screen and keyboard...

Also: crouch when taking photos and have natural light, lots of that.

When I watched Mad Men when it first aired, all the characters looked middle-aged to me. Now they look baby-faced and young to me. Damn.

@playretroshow.bsky.social @scottjohnson.zip Star of Providence is awesome! The only gripe I have is the music. Should be more dark synthwave, less upbeat chiptune. Otherwise a great game that I wish would run on the GBA SP-like Anbernic, would be the perfect form factor.

The opening level of PoE2, made by me (level design) and Val and Sav environment art, dir. Erik Olofsson, almost 5 years ago. It is amazingly still matching the first design closely. Which is great because I love the wet and bleak vibes of the the river side. Congrats to #GGG on the launch.

On parental leave right now and doing my best to resist the strong urge to open Slack and help my co-workers douse the various fires that may or may not have erupted. That said, I'll get back into the churn soon enough, and I'll only get to spend this special time once.

Injecting RAG similarity scores into the context alongside content works better when uaing broad labels like "very relevant". Letting the model eval the scores directly tends to break down with long contexts.
