I come away convinced that if presbyters can baptize and celebrate eucharist as vicars of the bishop, they should be able to confer the gifts of the Spirit through the laying of hands at baptism. (A mature profession of faith later is still a good thing.)

When, for the purposes of this discussion does Sunday end? That is, does our prayer book allow for what we did which was to celebrate All Saints at the principal morning mass and an All Souls vigil in the evening?
