Forgetting recent history and having a short attention span are two different things. I think it's both forgetting and people not being able to discern between what's real and what's not. Some people just never paid attention in the first place. You can't learn from the history you don't know.

I wish I knew not to settle when I was younger. We aren't electing dictators. More people need to be calling out this crap when it happens. Especially those who aren't disabled. Like I call things out, but have also been away from social media a lot because of the fatigue and pain.

No, because saying that would be attacking people who have some form of attention deficit and that's not fair. There are so many people out there getting sucked into the showmanship, but aren't looking behind the curtain. We Neurodivergent people often have a strong moral compass.

Exactly. I’m so tired of settling. Many of people who are supposed to be on our side are constantly working against us. Everyone deserves to do more than just survive. I’m not voting for anyone who can’t be bothered to care about basic human rights.
