I thought Haji did OK against Sheff Utd, he got more involved in defensive work than normal. He was very anonymous at Wrexham though. I’d still start with him over Simms

If we get promoted, then yes. If we don’t, then there might be other areas to prioritise, assuming that Dovin is fit and on form

It’s never going to happen. Hamer is 28 years old and would require a large fee + wages, so he doesn’t fit our recruitment model. Let’s trust the recruitment that has found Rudi, Torp and Grimes 😎

It feels unlikely that DK would buy another keeper for £5m+. If FL doesn’t rate Dovin then maybe we might sign a keeper on loan.

At 1-0 I thought if we scored again we’d break their resistance. But it wasn’t to be. Hull looked much better than they did in the CBS fixture. Could be a useful point come the end of the season.

If he’s here next season and he continues his current goal scoring rate, he’ll surpass Gyokeres and Godden’s goals totals for City.

He needs a run of games to get sharp, but Slot can’t pick him regularly given how he’s playing. Maybe this season is a write off for him and he’ll have to take his chance next year after a full pre-season
