Latest doc visit revealed my BP is inching up a bit. Not alarming but it is definitely weirding me out a bit.
Texted my dad: "Hey, do you have high blood pressure? If so when did it start?"
Dad: "I had perfect BP until I was 45, then it went up..."
..Turns out I am 45

I miss forums like yours ( and elixirforum.com )- seems like literally everything is in a Discord.
