Most people will create annotations with random colors and inconsistent names. Then wonder why they're useless 6 months later.

6. If you see big increases in (not set) and zero attributed events in the more recent time period, your attribution data is impacted by this change. Here is an example from one of our clients, you can see how attribution has completely fallen off.
