stepped up today Nunes. Thought he was great,too. After the Khusanov mistake, it felt like nearly all of Khusanov’s passes were to Nunes. He was always an option and nearly always handled it well, played a big part in sorting Khusanov’s head out I thought.

It’s true. Was v fun to watch yesterday but they were poor. Season defining period coming up. We play the other 5 teams who make up the current top 6 over our next 6 games (+ Spurs away). And given no midfield signing, question is can Kova + Gundo do what they did yday against some of those teams? 🤷🏻♂️

rate it… worth a go given we’re out of other options. He’s good at tracking back, controlling tempo and physically, is much better than our recent midfield choices.
