I could be wrong but I think they need to re-check all votes and then distrubute the surplus on a pro-rata basis

This is fascinating. The Greens' Ossian Smyth posted a June 2020 wishlist for government, and they've achieved much of it. Yet, the Greens could lose all their seats. It's a bit depressing.
