I watched that John Candy documentary tonight "I like me" and I really enjoyed it. I also really miss that guy! He was the genuine article just like his Del Griffith character.

So I've mentioned before how I like Moochoo brand shredded vegan cheddar on my tofu scramble, well I just learned they have a fiesta mix as well last time I was at the store. I opened the package this morning, it's even better than the cheddar one!
