Last night I got the last of the spot welds off around the gas tank…moving on the the passenger’s side. Also finished some inspirational art based on the color of the #elCamino. I dream of the day I can finally repaint her this shade of blue.

I hardly know what I’m doing. But all the kids around me l…are helping me…It gives me hope in humanity. Every night I leave…these kids are giving me fist bumps. I fucking love it.

The guys in the shop give me fist bumps as I leave class. They are half my age. It makes me want to cry. But it also makes me grateful for their help. One guy named B-Lo is always helping me with shit. From taking off my tire, to using the pneumatic tools. This kid is helping this grandma do shit.
