Hegseth wasn't chosen as merely a Fox News buffoon who then bumbles his way into war crimes out of machismo incompetence. He was chosen specifically because he is, and has been for a long time, a proud, open, and explicit advocate of war crimes as a good thing we should do.
A chapter in Hegseth’s book is literally titled “More Lethality, Less Lawyers.”

It’s almost as if there were signs!

On the sixth anniversary of the Fishmongers’ Hall terror attack, we remember Saskia Jones & Jack Merritt who tragically lost their lives.

They will remain in our thoughts, as will our emergency services & the Londoners who bravely put themselves in danger that day to help others.

It’s clear to anyone paying attention that Farage won’t investigate the Russian infiltration of Reform.

The Prime Minister must step up and launch a national investigation.

Dismal framing. Every aspect of most asylum seekers’ lives is controlled & paid for by the Home Office. They can’t work, are told where to live & have no autonomy or dignity. So they aren’t *choosing* to use taxis & don’t need to be “banned” from doing so. The HO just needs to get its act in order.
Government to ban asylum seekers from using taxis
The ban is set to come in February and any exemptions will have to be signed off by the Home Office.

What do these corporations have in common?

Netflix
Ford
Tesla
T-Mobile
Duke Energy
DISH Network
Metlife
Dominion Energy
United States Steel

In recent years, they all paid their execs more than they paid in taxes.

This is what a corporate-rigged system looks like.

People donate money to our politicians because they think it’s a good investment. Either for their business interests or to further their idea of what the country should be like.

Those are not things you should be able to buy in a democracy.

Despite a 16% jump in nitrates levels in Irish rivers in the last year alone, it's looking like the derogation (special dispensation to pollute more) will *still* be extended by another 3 years.

Help farmers financially if needs be, but killing our rivers is just WRONG.

Nitrates derogation could be extended by three years after proposal backed by European Commission
Too much nitrogen in a river can lead to an over-growth of algae, which causes damage to, and can even kill, wildlife and plants.
