Tried many times in many places to get a good shot of a painted bunting. Then one spring day while my wife and I were sitting in our backyard, one showed up and proceeded to pose for us. He stayed about 5 minutes then flew away. A great 5 minutes.

Some designers think accessibility compliance criterion (WCAG) make designs worse.
This is untrue, and in fact, as a designer, having WCAG knowledge in your tool belt is a great way to make a case for your better designs to be made!

I went to a private Waldorf high school in the 2000s that was filled with the children of tech professionals - who explicitly wanted a lower-tech education for them.

We do not eat a credit card’s worth of plastic a week. This doesn’t pass even the most basic sniff test but also the paper everyone is quoting doesn’t even say that we ingest that much plastic and I’m sick of hearing it in credible places!!!
