@infinata.bsky.social Sorry to bother you but In the Collapse of the Republic FFG sourcebook it says the Spire was guarded by Cortosis battle droids,. Was this something that would've been specified in the Clone Wars scripts the Son of Dathomir comic was based on?
The Spire: Similar in design to the Citadel, the Spire is a secret Separatist prison built in the mountains of Stygeon Prime. Here, Dooku covertly holds prisoners believed dead by the galaxy at large. Cortosis-plated commando droids, super battle droids, and droideka destroyer droids provide security, while the frigid weather ensures there is nowhere to run.

It's kind of poetic that one of the last Star Wars stories made under George Lucas paid homage to his very first feature film.
THX-1138 (1971) and Star Wars: The Clone Wars S6E3 "Fugitive" (2014). In THX-1138 the rogue hologram SRT (Don Pedro Colley) helps THX (Robert Duvall) escape confinement and find his missing partner. In Fugitive the medical droid AZ-3 goes against his programming to help the clone Fives uncover the secret of the inhibitor chips and evade capture on Kamino. (Above) THX and SRT hiding from the authorities. (Below) Fives and AZ-3 hide from the Kaminoan security forces.
