I’m working indoor concessions at a wrestling tournament and am currently watching a wrestling coach make his team hold each item of gear in the air before putting them in their bag one at a time.

I spent the day laughing thru tears with my family, as today marks one year since my Dad passed from cancer.
Grief comes in waves but I know he would love that we still laugh when we tell his stories and remember him. He was quite simply the best man I ever knew.
