I’m just saying I don’t understand. I mean, back few years ago EBU disqualified Russia for the same reason- Attacking another country. They aren’t doing the same for her country. It Italy we say “due pesi, due misure” (two weights, two ways of weighing) and I think it’s the best way to describe it.
