This is a win! That said, this attempt to stop grants is not over. Like a snake, they will recoil and strike more strategically the next time. We need to be prepared!! We need stories as to how withdrawal from life saving agreements will harm US taxpayers and children. No Laurel resting!

And tell them the hundreds of employees, like in the grants office and staff paid by university overhead, who could be left high and dry as their job depends on grant too!
