The harm being done to Americans will affect generations.
New York Magazine recently wrote about the “Liberal Tea Party” moment with organizations like Leaders We Deserve leading the way. I dislike the use of the label “Liberal Tea Party.” Tea Party has too many negative connotations for me. I hope the current Progressive movements do not adopt the term.

What do you make of the report that DT asked Mike Johnson to include an increase on taxes for the wealthy in the budget? A publicity stunt? Pandering to his base and any independents that are still not convinced he’s ushering in an era of Fascism in the US?

The administration is removing phone support for Soc Security recipients. Making it more difficult for seniors to get their checks. It’s a back door way to cut SS benefits. Horrific.
