Selenium Toxicity from brazil nuts For about 2 months I ate 4 Brazil nuts a day as well as eggs, beef and chicken. I probably went over the upper daily limit of selenium of 400mg. I have stopped the Brazil nuts now. Has anyone actually experienced anything bad happen from brazil nuts?
