Especially considering foundations park the bulk of their money in investments, otherwise. 95% growing, 5% giving. Investments that may not align with their mission. Time to divest from corporations and invest in people.

This is not just about callously cut jobs: it's also the attacks currently being planned against our public lands driven by corporate interests. These lands have been stolen before: once these native lands are in state or private control, they’re gone forever.

One update - the seasonal hiring is unfrozen!!! The administration had to walk back this immediate threat. Amazing! Thank you to everyone who spoke up for parks. Cuts to probationary staff still have a huge impact on park services = We need you to keep calling.
