"A lot of roads in the area are filled with large vehicles, lorries and traffic, so it makes a massive difference to be able to take the cycle route and feel a lot safer and protected. The route's also much quicker than any other way of getting to work." - Robin, travelling to work by bike. 🚲

🚲🩺 For the last two years, Kirsty - an NHS health visitor in Glasgow - has cycled to work and to appointments in the community.

"I've found cycling is much quicker than driving... it gives you the headspace you need and time to reflect and think about how best I can support the families."
