Was at Oxford Station once during a power cut (no trains) and asked the Help Desk for info. They told me they didn't want to tell anyone anything in case people started panicking. OK, perhaps not the exact words, but the meaning was the same. 🤣 I got in a taxi with 6 others for a 60-mile trip home

The BBC needs to get to grips with "balance" - artificially amplifying fringe or simply incorrect views as opinion, just to counter the mainstream, has caused enormous damage.

Interviewers need to confront and expose liars, and not just nod and move on.
